JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee administrative staff members, receive and direct visitors, and handle or delegate basic office tasks; answer all incoming phone calls, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate department; greet customers when they come into the office, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate staff member; coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules; coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations; assist in planning all company events; and more.
